Usage charges that change the real bill
- Extra local numbers: $3 each per month.
- Toll-free numbers: $5 each; toll-free minutes $0.08 each.
- Extra local minutes: the pricing page shows $0.05 to $0.06 per minute depending on which plan view you open. Confirm in your quote.
- Extra texts: $0.03 each. Extra form submissions: $0.02 each.
- Calls round up to the nearest minute. Overage fees are billed the following month and are not refundable.
- API access is included; heavy use above 1,500 calls a month costs $80 or $200 a month by tier.
Rough math for a home-service shop (example, not measured data)
A plumber running Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Yelp might want one tracking number per source plus one for the truck wrap, which fits inside the 5 included numbers. At 600 inbound minutes a month, that is 350 minutes over the included 250, or about $17.50 to $21 in overage on top of the $50 base. If tracking shows one ad source is wasting $300 a month and you cut it, the plan pays for itself.
Who should skip it
- One-truck operators with a single phone number and no paid ads. There is nothing to attribute yet.
- Shops whose field-service software already tracks lead source well enough for their budget. Check what Jobber or Housecall Pro reports first (Jobber vs Housecall Pro).
